Green Escape Unawatuna

The location is fine with a beautiful pool nestled in greenery. Room service was excellent, and the tour desk helped us explore local sites. Currency exchange was available. Highly recommend the breakfast, one of the best we've had!

Only downside was the AC in our room broke down late into the night. The staff was accommodating, though, and I'm sure they would've switched our room if needed.

The triple room room included a mini-bar, coffee and tea making equipment, and a satellite TV, we were happy about that. The service was excellent and the pool was clean: D

the venue is gorgeous and stylish, its location is marvellous, really close to the beach or town, the landscaped gardens and the restaurants. make sure you stay in the family room with very comfortable beds, interesting decor, for example. the hotel offers a wide array of food that was good.

Beautifully styled rooms with a massive outdoor bathroom. WiFi was slow at times but didn't detract from our stay. Bicycle rentals available for exploring the area.

The tranquil garden setting was a highlight, perfect for early morning coffee while listening to the birds. The diving school on-site offered great opportunities to explore marine life.

The location was somewhat isolated was good. Room amenities could be improved, and staff responsiveness to requests can be lacking at times.

The spacious room had plenty of natural light. The warm and cute staff made a difference, always checking in on us and assisting with recommendations. We particularly loved the serene garden view, where we could sit in the mornings and admire the local wildlife.

The only downside was the inconsistent Wi-Fi connection in the room.

My check-in process was frustrating due to unclear payment methods. I was pushed towards cash payments when card options were available, causing unnecessary stress. The staff's lack of training showed when I needed assistance, as they seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive.

I loved the peaceful outdoor space, perfect for reading while listening to the birds, and the early morning elephant safari they set up was lovely! The swimming pool was a relaxing escape and the garden area was fine to stroll through. Just a heads-up, there were quite a few mosquitoes around, so bring some insect repellent! 🦋

The Family Bungalow was really spacious and clean, perfect for our group of 4. Loved the solid wood furnishings and the natural vibe of the place. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning in the living room, a bit uncomfortable at times. Comfy spot to chill out!

We had an amazing date night at green escape. The peaceful garden setting and the very nice food was really nice. The staff was so helpful!

Even accommodating our child's dietary needs with delicious Sri Lankan cuisine. A perfect escape for families seeking relaxation and nice experiences!

The room amenities were excellent including a safe, mini-bar, and tea/coffee making facilities, and the breakfast provided a wide selection of delicious dishes.

The staff here are amazing, and the garden views from the double room are fantastic and modern.
